What is a garden room?

A garden room is a fully insulated, year-round outbuilding designed to extend your living space without the cost or disruption of a traditional extension. From home offices and gyms to yoga studios and quiet retreats, each one is shaped around how you'll use it.

Unlike a shed or a summer house, a Greenscapes room is built to current building regulations with insulation, double glazing and proper electrics — so it stays comfortable through every season.

How are the rooms constructed?

Our garden rooms are precision-built using structural insulated panels (SIPs), creating a strong, airtight structure that minimises heat loss. Interlocking panels provide a robust, quick-build frame with insulated floors, walls and roofs.
